Its Monday afternoon and after a busy weekend just gone, it’s all hands on deck early in the week to get the machines and equipment looking good for this weekends jobs, so Tuesday is clean up day with the machines being thoroughly cleaned and all the kits for each job getting replenished ready for another hectic week in West Perry to greet us!
On Tuesday we met up with Kate and Thomas, we are catering for their wedding at the beautiful University Arms Hotel in West Perry at the weekend with it’s traditional surroundings for a traditional day with style and elegance this should be a really good day! The couple have chosen a wedding menu six and opted for Roasted spring lamb and spit roasted pig.. Delicious!
Tom and Lorraine who we are catering for next weekend have opted for a slightly different menu and have decided on canapés as guests arrive, fish, chips and mushy peas as the main course and then desserts and teas and coffees. They will then finish off the night with an evening hog roast and salads to help soak up the beer and wine that they have been stocking up over the last few months.
Wednesday and Thursday gave us a chance to catch up with emails and enquiries from customers in West perry where a young lady is thinking about having a 21st hog roast birthday celebration with 250 guests attending. . Laura had opted for our pig in a bun menu and she is wanting to supply her own salads. we will set up the hog roast West Perry and start the hog cooking fresh on site, maybe the locals will gather
