Thanks again for such fabulous food! We all absolutely loved the roast pork and the quality of the salads were just amazing. They weren’t an afterthought like with a lot of places. We’ve used Ben and the Spitting Pig Northamptonshire team for several events over the past three years and they always deliver beyond my expectations. Food is incredible and service fantastic. They are my go to caterers for all events!

I have to say after using different catering companies over the years, Spitting Pig are head and shoulders above the rest.

We run a big corporate lunch each year for the festive season and they were able to cater for all our needs and they do their own set up and clean up so there’s nothing you have to worry about.

Great communication from booking to service, already got them penciled in for next year!

It was really amazing, Paul and Joe were from start to finish were exceptional in there set up there presentation and the serving of the meal. Ben and the guys were absolutely brilliant. They arrived spot on time and once set up they even helped others erect gazebos. The food was great and I have had many comments expressing the same views. We couldn’t have asked for more except maybe a little more sunshine but at least it kept dry. Overall it was a brilliant day.

Spitting Pig Cambridge were the most flexible caterers we spoke to. The team were completely open minded and worked to accommodate everything we asked for. We love food, so this was one of the most important aspects of our day. We were quite picky and they incorporated every tweak and change we wanted, so we could have the food exactly as we wished.

Dear Spitting Pig Company

Your correspondence with me, from enquiry to the day of the party was excellent; informative and timely.  On the night itself, both the pig and Ben the chef, were a huge hit with my daughter’s guests at her 18^th birthday party.  Ben arrived ahead of schedule, in spite of the awful rainy weather, and was set up quickly and efficiently.  He expertly guided us on when to announce the food was ready and when to remind people to get it before he needed to depart.  On departure he ensured we could salvage all of the remaining meat, stuffing, accompaniments and even the head, all of which were distributed amongst the family to finish off.  The pig was beautifully cooked – tender and delicious, not dry at all – and all of the guests remarked on how much they enjoyed it.

I would thoroughly recommend you to anyone and would be happy for you to use my comments in any publicity material.

Our party last Saturday was indeed a huge success and your catering certainly helped towards that.

The chef, John, arrived nice and early, set up and cooked without any fuss, in fact he could not have been more unobtrusive. We made him the occasional coffee and told him to shout if he needed anything but he was completely self sufficient.  Lots of people complimented the food and John too was mentioned as being ‘lovely’. Full marks to him.

The food was ready to be served exactly on time and, afterwards, John cleared up quickly and had disappeared before we realised it. Again, full marks.

Overall we were delighted with the service, the quality of the food and the whole operation.

We had a fantastic time thank you.  Your service, food, equipment was second to none and our chef was an absolute star.
