We are in for a typical case English weekend weather, sunshine during the week and the weekend looking poor. Never the less, no-matter whether it rains or the sun shines Spitting Pig Cambridgeshire will be out on the road providing Hog Roast Catering for our area. Wind rain and mud are no problem as our catering gazebo provides a dry warm environment to produce and serve our Hog Roast. I can safely say that over the course of last few weeks we have become experts at dealing with so many different Hog Roast conditions.
Last weekend saw us cater for around 100 guests in Prickwillow . We had a 50kg pig so second portions of food were available to those with a BIG appetite, all of our salads went down well and the crackling got excellent reviews.
We finished our hog roast in Prickwillow around 9pm and by the time we had repacked everything said our good byes and checked the site. Prickwillow was ecstatic about the day’s events and the feedback was fantastic. This is why we do what we do!
