Hog Roast Milton For A Riding School

Two years ago, Amanda fulfilled her dream of opening her own riding school on the grounds of her father’s farm, which she acknowledges, is something she never could have accomplished without the help of her friends and fellow equestrians. They give up their valuable time every week on a voluntary basis to care for the horses and provide support during lessons for horse-riding novices. Some of Amanda’s loyal team are as young as 12, children who first came to her for lessons themselves and have now progressed to the point where they are helping her teach adult riders.

Amanda decided it was high time she thanked her volunteers properly, by throwing a party at the stables for everyone who had helped her make her dream come true. What catering company could she hire though, that would be willing and able to cook outdoors in a location that was not exactly designed for that kind of thing? Why, Hog Roast Milton of course! Amanda was, as many people are when they make an initial inquiry, not very optimistic about being able to get what she wanted given her intended venue. We quickly changed her mind though as we explained our cooking style, our adaptability and how easily our state of the art machines can be transported and set up, regardless of location. Amanda was very pleased to learn that we wouldn’t need anything near the size of a horsebox to get our equipment to her stables- our hog roast machines are so well designed you can even fit one in a standard estate car!

Now brimming with enthusiasm, Amanda selected what she wanted from our extensive range of private party menus and leaving everything in our capable hands, rushed off to get the invites sorted. True to our word, we arrived bang on time and had no problems whatsoever in negotiating the narrow country lane leading to the stables or setting up in the space Amanda had allocated to us. Donning our wellies and aprons, Hog Roast Milton got down to business without disturbing our equine neighbours in the process. Even Amanda’s oldest horse Charlie, who can apparently get a bit shirty from time to time, didn’t bat an eyelid as we worked like trojans throughout the day to prepare the delicious slow roasted pork and locally sourced ingredients for the accompanying side dishes. Amanda’s hardworking volunteers got the thanks they richly deserved, and Hog Roast Milton’s catering team had a fun and rewarding day out in the process!
