Yesterday we headed to cater for an Engagement party with Hog Roast Grantchester. It was an evening event but we set off at tea time to get there nice and early. Held in a lovely quaint public house full of character and friendly staff. We set up the machine in the main bar and had lots of space to work. The management had gone all out in decorating the room so now it was our turn to impress.
We placed some beef in the machine and lots of chicken we glazed the chicken half in a honey sweet dressing and the other half spicy. The meats were sizzling away nicely and we then turned to covering the tables in delicious food. We placed a nice cheese board on the table with lots of nice cheeses and placed a basket of freshly baked crisp breads near. Our freshly baked buns were placed in baskets and we plated up some quiche and scotch eggs. We make everything fresh for each event nothing less will do! Salads were placed in bowls and dips placed at the side we bring lots of variety something for everyone to enjoy. When the beef was cooked we were all taken back as always at how well it cooked so tender and oozing with goodness!
The chicken was so tender and moist and we quickly plated up the meats for the guests to enjoy nice and fresh. When the couple arrived they were overwhelmed at the sight of the Hog Roast Grantchester food and they couldn’t thank us enough. They placed some beef and chicken on there plates and couldn’t speak just mumbling how delicious it was. Soon we had everyone helping them selves to food and we were getting compliments left right and centre happy guests make us happy and good food makes a good party! The couple had a terrific time and we joined them in raising a glass to wish them well. We left and headed home with huge smiles on our faces knowing again we have done a good jobwith Hog Roast Grantchester and we were ready for the next task again catering for a huge corporate event early the next day.
