For all events, Hog Roast Eynesbury has a very wide selection of menus which can all be adapted as required and for the catering on this occasion, the client asked for the Southern Slow Roast, Southern Slow Roast with barbeque pork, chicken, lamb, coleslaw, Greek salad,
Mac and cheese and skin on whole baked potatoes. We always take great care to discuss the menu selection and to ensure that 
all of the guests; young and old alike, will enjoy the food and be pleased with the selection. Anyone that is a parent knows that children in particular can sometimes have particular tastes that can change on a daily basis but our Mac and cheese never fails if they don’t want to try the other delicious options that the adults always devour! This is one reason why our Southern Slow Roast selection is very popular as it includes the Mac and cheese as standard; we can provide it for any menu choice as an added extra though.
We arrived well before the event was due to start and liaised with the client to discuss set-up location and confirmed that we would be serving at 5pm. Once the guests started arriving we got the hog roast started so that everyone could smell the mouth-watering aromas to get the stomach juices flowing and this created immediate interest with many guests telling us that they have eaten our food before and couldn’t wait to get started.
