When our long-term customer Liam asked Hog Roast Ely to cater his son’s 5th birthday party, he wanted to treat all of the guests of family and friends to our delicious, moreish pigs in buns, which we make after freshly preparing a hog from scratch at your venue and roasting it for several hours, before adding the meat and crackling to bread rolls and wraps, and topping with our homemade sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. Our pigs in buns are adored by many and having enjoyed them several times before, Liam knew they would be the perfect choice for most of his guests.
