Hog Roast Trumpington delivers the very best for Freddie’s 15th birthday party.

The latest clients at Hog Roast Trumpington made the most of the new and exciting Gourmet Delivery service that the team are now offering. Proud Mum and Dad, Jo and Billy wanted a very special 15th birthday party for their son Freddie. So they immediately contacted the team and got to work on planning the menu.

Hog Roast TrumpingtonFreddie had invited 10 of his closest friends to his party. It was taking place at his parents’ home, and the delicious buffet was to be delivered at 7pm precisely so that parents Jo and Billy could lay it out and the partygoers could serve themselves.

The menu for the buffet was straightforward but totally bespoke, every dish had been selected by birthday boy Freddie himself. There was a Classic Hog Roast, served with crispy crackling, homemade stuffing and apple sauce. There was also grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers along with an assortment of sauces and dips. That wasn’t all however, the menu also included crunchy coleslaw, a big portion of heavily loaded fries and a platter of Mac and cheese.

On the day of the party Catering Manager Beth from the Hog Roast Trumpington team got straight to work at the Trumpington base/kitchens. She created all the dishes for the buffet from scratch so that when the delivery time rolled around everything was served up into trays so the food was stay safe and hot while being delivered to the client’s home.

As well as cooking the food and transporting it to the private home venue, the Hog Roast Trumpington team also provided the guests the use of high quality disposable crockery and cutlery. All of which was included as standard in the catering package the clients paid for.

Freddie and his guests were delighted with all the platters of food at the party. Freddie’s parents got in contact with the team a few days later to give their thanks and left a glowing review. Their son had had a perfect birthday celebration and everyone had absolutely loved the magnificent buffet that had been made and delivered by experienced and friendly Chef Beth from the team.
