Since opening our doors to the public many years ago, we’ve been trusted to cater for all sorts of corporate events for businesses both large and small. Our most recent corporate catering adventure took the Hog Roast Great Shelford team to a venue that is popular for hosting conferences, where we had been hired by Raphael to serve our Hog Roast Dining Menu to a group of 200 people attending a staff training day.
Once there, Ben and Beth worked tirelessly to set up all of the necessary cooking and serving equipment before firing up the grills and getting the food on the go. The meal consisted of two meaty main courses, including our whole-roasted free-range pig with all the famous trimmings and roast chicken served with chipolata sausages on fresh brown bread. Our team also prepared grilled vegetable kebabs with optional halloumi for non-meat-eaters, along with a selection of inclusive sides, consisting of coleslaw, roasted potatoes and garden-fresh salads.
Hog Roast Great Shelford served this outstanding spread to the guests at 1 pm, and everyone was thrilled with the results! They all commented on how fresh and delicious the food tasted and jumped at the chance to refill their plates when our team offered!
