We discuss in depth with any prospective client prior to the event to go through all the finer details, such as the number of guests, choice of menu and any other special requirements you might have. What’s more, when the day of your event comes around, we will be on site plenty of hours in advance of the party, as we slow cook all our meats, and need time to achieve the perfect flavour.
Our latest clients Phil and Jan, got to experience our professionalism and expert cuisine for themselves when they hired us to cater for their corporate dinner party. The owners of a small chain of inner city takeaways, Phil and Jan have recently signed a merger that will see them join forces with another business owner, and expand the number of sites they have. Phil and Jan invited their new partners as well as some of their dedicated staff, to dinner to celebrate. And what better way to celebrate than with a lovely Spit Roasted Pig from Hog Roast West Kirby?
The event took place in the evening, but our team were on site by twelve noon in order to begin preparations. On the menu tonight were a selection of starters, mains and desserts for the twenty guests. Starters offered a choice between the fresh Homemade Soup or the Smoked Salmon, whilst the main was our Spit Roasted Pig served with apple sauce, stuffing and crispy crackling, in accompaniment of a potato based side and a salad based side.
The team from Hog Roast West Kirby also prepared a choice between the Sticky Toffee Pudding or the Lemon Tart for desserts. All the diners enjoyed their three course meal and thought it the perfect way to celebrate such a marvellous merger. Phil and Jan thanked us for the delicious meal and making their night run so smoothly.
