Many people love to cook up an outdoor barbecue at this time of year, and ours will wow your guests and explode their minds with the amount of food on offer, including our chef’s own gourmet sausages, British beef burgers, chicken kebabs, spare ribs, coleslaw, salads and fries to boot, and once you’ve devoured this great feast, everyone can sit back and relax to watch your fireworks display. We have other standalone menus on offer, however, in case you fancy something different, like our three-course Italian-style Alfresco, our Loaded Fries that are covered with meat, cheese, slaw and jalapenos for a fiery kick or our Southern Slow Roast that features three marinated meats and four sides, as well as some lovely sauces.
You may prefer to design your own menu from scratch and Hog Roast Great Paxton makes it so easy for you to do so; you simply look through our many menus and pick out your favourites! You could dine on spit-roasted turkey, lamb, beef or chicken, with a side or two like sweet potato fries or mac and cheese. Perhaps you’ll decide on several handmade canapés to welcome your guests, such as mini fish and chips in beer batter, fillet of beef, roasted duck, mini quiches and smoked Scottish salmon, followed by a starter or two, your main with several sides and then a choice of desserts.
