Hello and welcome to the latest hog blog, we have spent a couple of hours this morning cleaning our hog roast machines from the job we catered at yesterday.
We manage to feed 300 hungry people yesterday at the market that took place in the local town of Bourn we had to take two machines, two pigs and a even a few legs to roast along side the pigĀ to ensure that there was enough meat for everyone to tuck in to. Bread rolls were buttered whilst the hog roast bourn pig was cooking away and we also prepared the accompaniments like the apple sauce and stuffing so this was ready for the serve time. People were queuing up in a long line to get their hands on a tasty pork sandwich smothered in Bramley apple sauce a great treat for all and a delicious snack to warm everyone up.
