The start of a new year and our client had an event that he wanted to add a little twist to. He had decided to have a hog roast in Swavesey. Dave had wanted the excitement of the hog but also wanted to try giving it a go himself! We arrived with the machine and pig and got Dave set up and ready for his hog roast Swavesey event later in the day. His lovely wife had prepared all the sides to go with the succulent hog roast Swavesey, including some lovely looking salads! 
Their guests were in for a real treat when they arrived later! Dave had wanted the food to be ready to serve around 7.30pm that night, so we had arranged to collect the machine the morning after. When we came to collect the machine, Dave and his wife had said how much they had enjoyed the experience, and would definitely be giving it another go in the future!
