Hog Roast Harlton – 18th Birthday Meal

When we host an event we use not only the best ingredients but also the best in everything else too! We use only the finest hog roasting machines our crockery and cutlery and serving dishes are also of high quality and colour match to suit the occasion. Nothing is left unthought-of of we put lots of time and effort into every event we cater for.

This weekend we were catering a Hog Roast HarltonĀ for an 18th birthday near our home and we went with a black and white theme. The tables were covered in black cloths and the crockery and bowls were all white the tables looked amazing before we even started with the food! We were cooking lamb and beef and as the meats cooked we filled lots of white bowls with extras such as cottage cheese, tomatoes, potato salad, coleslaw and a fresh crunchy salad. We placed rolls, and wraps onto huge white servers as presentation is key we have everything uniformed and looking good! We placed lots of smaller white bowls around the tables and filled them with mustard, ketchup, garlic dip and mint sauce. We placed some scotch eggs, mini pork pies and sausage rolls on long white servers all freshly baked that day. When the guy arrived with the guests we began to carve the meats the smell was sensational the meats cooked perfect retaining all the goodness and juices and cooked to sheer perfection the guests were in heaven as they ate and all commented on how amazing the foods tasted and how amazing the tables looked and we get so much job satisfaction when guests notice small details and it makes our day. The weather stayed fine and the guests had a lovely day we left lots of calling cards with our details on for the guests and the guests each took a card we know for sure we will be getting calls back for bookings as to be fair we always do! We left the place nice and clean as we left and said our fair wells but no time to rest as soon as we got back we were preparing for the next Hog Roast HarltonĀ event the very next day but we must admit we love to be busy.
