This weekend’s event was arranged, however, at another event, we were catering at. In our line of business, a lot of our clients hear about us through word of mouth or they simply approach us after being impressed by our food at an event they attended. In Kate’s case, she approached us at her works annual general meeting where we were scheduled to provide a buffet for the staff and employees. Kate told us how impressed she was at the variety and quality of the food we had provided and asked if we would be available to cater at her husband’s birthday celebrations in a few weeks’ time. Of course, we were thrilled to be asked to cater and pencilled the date in!
As we arrived at Kate’s home first thing on Saturday, we were impressed with the decorations that greeted us. Kate’s husband, Liam, was turning forty so it’s safe to say all the stops had been pulled out for this landmark birthday and Hog Roast Peterborough were ready to impress with our slow roasted food! For a gathering like this, we had prepared our classic Hog Roast Peterborough rolls as they are simple yet always deliciously moreish and perfect for a party as people can continue to mingle and enjoy themselves as they fill up on our food.
