Hog roast Orton Malborne are a well known catering firm and we have been busier than usual for the time, we have had two events already the first was last weekend we were catering for a Wedding it was a wonderful day and the wedding was in a stately home the surroundings were magnificent and we did our cooking out door under our marquee as the weather was really nice considering. We cooked a selection of meats pork, lamb and chicken and the guests were treated to a wonderful eating experience. We made salads and vegetables to accompany the meat and our bakers supplied us with the freshest of bread buns baked specially for the occasion on the day. There was three hundred guests and some had travelled from abroad to be there and for most it was the first time they had experienced hog roasting and all were surprised at the taste, meat that has been hog roasted is second to none the taste cannot be described succulent mouth watering tender meat cooked the way our descendants did centuries ago. Our second event this month was west of the country and we had to travel a fair few miles to get there we were catering for a 21st birthday party the girl had also just graduated from University so it was a double celebration we put on our barbeque plates and cooked burgers, sausage, and steak making the meat into sandwiches we also made baked potatoes and did an array of fillings. This weekend we are out again and this time we are in our home town catering for the opening of a new shop we are expecting a big turn out and have been asked to cater for three hundred we are catering out side and hope the weather is kind.
