She enjoys hosting parties and gatherings for her friends and family and this is the perfect excuse for a fun event. The party will take place at the end of March and will hopefully be in the garden of her home, weather permitting. For the catering, we will be serving our gourmet BBQ menu, which is perfect for enjoying the warmer weather. It is a versatile and varied menu with plenty of dishes for the guests to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Chatteris team is planning to arrive at the private venue in the morning to ensure that we have plenty of time to prepare all of the dishes on-site. We will be serving a selection of tasty main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spare ribs. The mains will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. We will also be serving some delicious side dishes, with the guests able to enjoy homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a variety of fresh salad dishes.
