With that kind of welcoming praise can you really afford not to at least try it?
Long-time Hog Roast Sawston customers, Graham and Harriet, have certainly bought into the hype, so much so that when it came to planning their wedding they opted for our stylish wedding catering to help them out on their special day. Graham actually first met us through his company when they called us in for a Friday staff lunch, wherein we cooked up a feast of exceptional roast foods for the 25 strong team. Graham was so impressed by our fresh pulled pork rolls that he simply had to try more, and so got to talking to Our Catering Manager about our services and other menu options. It wasn’t long before Graham was calling us up for a small family party just a few weeks later. Since then we’ve enjoyed great service to Graham and Harriet, building an important and friendly relationship to the couple, so it was an extra privilege to then also be included in their wedding.
Guests were served drinks and canapés on arrival to the reception by the Hog Roast Sawston serving team, with our pan seared beef proving to be a strong favourite. As guests were then seated our buffet followed suit, allowing Graham to get his beloved pulled pork as we served our free-range whole roast pig, a spit roasted lamb served with Yorkshire puddings and studded with garlic and rosemary. Filling out the buffet were our roasted new potatoes, fries, Greek salad, coleslaw, veg and halloumi skewers, and seasonal mixed leaves.
Our meals went down a treat on a day that was absolutely superb, and we wish the happy couple all the best!
