At Hog Roast Barway, our Gourmet BBQ menu is one of our most popular menus during the warmer months, as there is no better meal to enjoy outdoors than this! Not only are barbeques delicious, but they are also an incredibly versatile menu and include something for everyone to enjoy. Here is what to expect when you book in with us this summer…
In preparation for the summer, Hog Roast Barway has been booked for an upcoming barbeque with a group of friends. The event is set to take place in the garden of one of their homes during May when the sun should be shining. For the menu, Hog Roast Barway was asked to provide our Gourmet BBQ menu since it is the ideal dinner to enjoy during good weather! The menu needed to be suitable for 30 guests, including something for meat-free guests to enjoy.
In preparation for the event, the Hog Roast Barway team are planning to prepare succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy and plenty to go around! The mains are served in fresh bread rolls or wraps, with a gluten-free alternative available upon request. As well as the main dishes we are also planning to provide a variety of sides, including crunchy coleslaw, homemade chips, seasonal salad dishes, and corn cobettes.
