Whether you’d like us to serve an alternative meat, like spit-roasted lamb, beef, turkey or chicken or barbecued sausages and burgers, or one of our standalone menus, such as our Loaded Fries or Southern Slow Roast, your carnivore guests will be treated to fresh, high-quality, local meat that they will devour with ease.

If you’re inviting vegan or vegetarian guests or those with a food intolerance or allergy, just let us know when you book and we’ll help you to decide which suitable homemade dish to prepare fresh on the day. Plus if you’re thinking of having several courses served, you can mix and match items between our menus in order to create the menu of your dreams, as we have all kinds of canapĂ©s, starters, sides and desserts available.

Sometimes, however, one of our Hog Roast Orchard Park hog roasts is the perfect choice and for a party that we catered yesterday, that was the feature of the day, to be made into scrumptious pigs in buns. After the hog sizzled away for more than five hours, it had a rest while we set out our serving tables with homemade apple sauce and stuffing, sliced bread rolls and wraps, and plenty of condiments and serviettes, and then finally, it was ready to carve.
