Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting one of our long-term clients, Angela, with a momentous milestone – her retirement!
Having catered for many of Angela’s events over the years, we were honoured to be a part of her retirement celebrations. Held in a hotel’s function room after Angela’s final day in the office, the party was attended by 75 guests who were delighted to see the Hog Roast St. Neots team present. For this special occasion, Angela opted for our Alfresco Menu, which featured Italian antipasti platters for each table. These bamboo charcuterie boards were overflowing with the finest cheeses, cold-cut meats, and artisanal breads, providing guests with a delicious grazing experience throughout the evening.
The main course was our signature hog roast, accompanied by stuffing, applesauce, crackling and a selection of sumptuous sides and salads. For non-meat-eaters, we offered grilled vegetable kebabs with optional halloumi, ensuring that everyone could enjoy a delectable meal. To top it all off, the feast concluded with handmade individual chocolate tortes and cheesecakes, leaving guests with sweet memories of a truly unforgettable evening.
Angela had a splendid time at her retirement party, and we were thrilled to have played a part in making her celebration even more special. And now that she has more time on her hands, we hope to see more of her!
