Football fans are once again in fine voice as the new season gets underway across the country, but this weekend saw us all taking a quick break from the cut and thrust of club football and once again coming together to back our brave lions on the international stage. Like all of us, Hog Roast Great Paxton were right there with Gareth Southgate and the England national team on their heroic Euro journey as we provided catered services to many watch parties across the nation. And though this time they couldn’t quite bring it home they still did themselves and the nation proud.
Now we are delighted to be picking ourselves up and going again for the run up to the Qatar 2022 World Cup. Qualifiers began again this past weekend and Gareth and the boys set the heather alight once again, bringing the nation again together with excitement and thrilling footie action. Hog Roast Great Paxton were on hand once again to bring our special catered service to many a watch party and we had a blast as ever. Few can be in doubt about where this England side can go and Hog Roast Great Paxton looks forward to another thrilling campaign next year where we’ll be right behind the side again doing all that we love to help support them, the nation and you.
Nothing says supporting England like a fine, traditional hog roast complete with all the classic hallmarks of a good British roast. It is the perfect way to enjoy the international action, if we do say so ourselves! And hey, call us superstitious but with our event catering to Euro watch parties across the summer and England getting so far through the tournament, we are sure there must be some sort of link somewhere.
