On Friday evening, Hog Roast Mill Road served the perfect menu for our customer who was hosting a fancy dress birthday party, which was themed superheroes. Our chef and catering assistant decided to join in by dressing up as Batman and Wonder Woman, which tickled the host and guests all night long, but it was our scrumptious food that was the highlight of the night. After slow-roasting a hog for hours on end, we made piles of pigs in buns for the main feature, served alongside spicy sweet potato wedges, creamy mac and cheese and coleslaw and it was a tasty feast that no one would forget in a hurry.
