The corporate Christmas party catering season is well underway, and the Hog Roast Cambourne team have been busy spreading the festive cheer and providing lots of lovely festive feasts for our corporate clients in the area. Our flexible festive menus enable us to cater for any number of guests without cutting corners on the quality of our food or the attention to detail with which we deliver each plate of food. From small business lunches to large-scale buffets for big company events, the Hog Roast Cambourne team are equipped to provide fantastic festive dining for any type of office party or business function.
The latest company who were treated to a heartwarming Christmas feast were Balfour Beatty, where we spent several happy and productive hours preparing our classic festive menu for 200 diners. Ben and the team cooked up a storm outdoors on the company’s premises and delighted the hardworking Balfour Beatty brigade with lots of lovely dishes from our specialist Christmas menu, proving once again that we offer far more than our signature hog roasts!
Hog Roast Cambourne’s menu was freshly made with all dishes served steaming hot and looking very inviting. It was comprised of our own tasty take on Christmas classics, all served with lashings of gravy and cranberry sauce as well as a flavorsome veggie option:
- Tender free-range turkey cooked to perfection
- Homemade stuffing
- Roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes
- Pigs in blanket sourced from our local butcher
- Creamy cauliflower cheese
- A medley of seasonal vegetables including festive Brussel sprouts (you either love them or hate them!)
- Tangy grilled halloumi and veg kebabs
We can prepare our festive menu for any number of diners and we can make all the food from scratch in any venue. We can save you the hassle and expense of hiring an external venue by doing it all at your business premises, just like we did for the Balfour Beatty team!
Hog Roast Cambourne had a great day catering at the Balfour Beatty site and we’re looking forward to the Christmas spirit continuing at the rest of the corporate Christmas parties we are catering for in December 2022.
