Nic and her extended family are planning to gather together in 2023 as a group for the first time since before COVID-19. The pandemic halted their usual arrangement of meeting each summer, so they have planned to do something different this year and enjoy a gathering at the start of the year. Since the family is so large when everyone is together, Nic is planning on hiring Hog Roast Huntingdon to provide the catering, allowing her to relax on the day of the party. This will also be the best way to ensure that the menu is enjoyable for all of the guests, with plenty of options to choose from.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Huntingdon team has been hard at work planning the menu. Our team has been asked to provide catering at the family home, which will also include a heated marquee in the back garden to ensure there is plenty of space for the 35 guests. For the menu, we have been asked to provide our Gourmet BBQ menu, as this includes s variety of different dishes and is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy. This menu includes a selection of main dishes, including succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, veggie sausages, and marinated chicken kebabs. As well as the mains, we will also be serving fresh bread rolls, crunchy coleslaw, homemade chips, sweet potato fries, and a variety of salad dishes.
