Martin is in charge of a team that is looking to expand to accommodate an increase in sales throughout 2022. The team will be adding 20 new members of staff, as well as providing additional training for the current 40. To do this as efficiently as possible, Martin is looking to host a team training day to get everyone up to speed with the new software and procedures. The training day will consist of lectures and workshops on the new information, with the aim of training everyone together to save time and money. Overall, this is set to be a difficult day for the staff, with a lot of new information to retain. To help everything run smoothly, Hog Roast Fulbourn has been hired to provide a delicious buffet lunch for the staff to enjoy, in the form of a classic hog roast.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Fulbourn team arrived at the venue and set up our catering station in a neighbouring seminar room. We began by preparing the main dishes, which included slow-roasted pork and veggie sausages. The main dishes were cooked to perfection while the staff was hard at work, ready for lunchtime! We also provided fresh bread rolls, seasonal salad dishes, and homemade chips to create a varied and nutritious lunch for the team to enjoy. Not only was this a great break from work, but it also acted as a great bonding opportunity among the team.
