This February, Hog Roast St. Neots has been hired to cater for a wide range of romantic-themed events for all kinds of guests. One event is taking place at a local community centre, which is going to be hosted for local people of all ages to enjoy a great meal, enjoy a romantic movie, and gather together to chat and catch up. Since the venue and entertainment were organised, all that needed to be arranged was the catering. Hog Roast St. Neots was hired to provide a classic hog roast for the occasion, followed by a tea and coffee service. This menu will be great for the event and is sure to go down a treat!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast St. Neots team will be providing a slow-roasted hog, which will be cooked to perfection on the day of the event. Once ready, it will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. As well as this, we will also be serving pork sausages and veggie sausages to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
